Integrative Counselling in Bracknell and Online

About Me

For many years, I have worked in the corporate world as an events specialist which has given me the opportunity to connect with people from across the globe. What I love most isn't the logistics or the planning, it’s the human element: meeting people from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds, and finding that common thread that connects us all. Those experiences have taught me how to build rapport quickly and hold space for diverse perspectives.

Alongside my corporate career, I've volunteered in roles that deepened my understanding of what it means to hold space for others. I worked with PACT, a charity supporting women recently released from prison, mentoring vulnerable women through significant life changes. I've also volunteered with a low-cost counselling charity in Wokingham, where I supported clients ranging from 18 to 80 years old, both men and women, with a wide variety of presenting issues. Through all of this work, I witnessed firsthand how authentic human connection could create pathways to meaningful change. It reinforced what I'd always believed: that genuine relationships are at the heart of healing.

This deep curiosity about people and what makes us human eventually led me to train as a counsellor. I'm drawn to the messy, complicated, beautiful reality of being human, and I feel privileged to sit with people during their most vulnerable moments. My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred and psychodynamic modalities, which means I adapt to what you need rather than following a rigid framework. I believe the answers you're searching for already exist within you. My role is simply to help you find them.
